Cooked over a Mesquite wood-fired grill, our marinated chicken breast may be ordered four ways. Served with wild rice BBQ, smothered with our signature steakhouse BBQ sauce Teriyaki, basted with Teriyaki sauce, topped with a grilled pineapple Parmesan peppercorn, a thick sauce that has a peppery flavor mushroom marsala, sliced sauteed mushrooms in a marsala wine sauce.
